2. Publication of Job Listings on Social Media

2.1. Any user can publish job offers on social media platforms. However, when it comes to job offers, until an agreement is established between the employer and the employee, no information about the employer is disclosed - only information related to the offered job.

3. Job Application History

3.1. Users can clear their job application history at any time. However, this will only be possible if the applications have been paid for (a minimum of a 5% fee) and/or are older than 30 days.
3.2. To prevent misuse, free listings on the platform are stored for a minimum of 30 days.

4. Deletion of Inactive Accounts

4.1. User accounts that have not been logged into the system for 2 years will be automatically removed, along with all job performance and/or acceptance records, contracts, or invoices.

5. Copies of Contracts and Invoices

5.1. For private job listings, we retain copies of contracts and invoices for 2 years, and for companies, for 5 years. After this period, these copies will be automatically deleted.

6. Data Requests

6.1. Users who wish to access or modify their personal information can contact our system administrator.

7. Additional Information

7.1. Our privacy policy may be regularly updated, so we recommend periodically reviewing it. We always adhere to the highest standards to safeguard your personal information.
